This role bridges the gap between technology and business, providing strategic guidance, technical leadership, and hands-on delivery for enterprise-scale clients. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\nResponsibilities\nDeliver consulting engagements focused on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and other AI-powered business solutions.\nWork with customers to understand business challenges, identify high-value AI and automation use cases, and translate requirements into practical technology solutions.\nDesign, configure, and implement generative AI, Copilot, agent-based, low-code, and business application solutions using Microsoft technologies.\nDevelop business applications and workflow automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related Power Platform capabilities.\nSupport the design and implementation of AI agents and copilots using Copilot Studio and related Microsoft AI technologies.\nApply generative AI and AI-assisted development tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and GitHub Copilot, to improve business processes and development productivity.\nFacilitate customer workshops, discovery sessions, prototyping activities, and solution demonstrations.\nCollaborate with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and Microsoft account teams to shape and deliver end-to-end solutions.\nContribute to project delivery from requirements and solution design through implementation, adoption, and business outcome realization.\nSupport customers in applying security, governance, Responsible AI, and data protection principles when adopting AI and Copilot solutions.\nQualifications\n3+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution delivery, business applications, or related roles.\nExperience working with generative AI technologies and AI-powered business solutions, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar technologies.\nExperience designing, developing, or implementing business applications and automation solutions using Power Platform technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.\nExperience identifying business requirements and translating them into technical solutions, prototypes, or implementation plans.\nFamiliarity with AI agents, prompt engineering, orchestration, and the application of generative AI to enterprise business scenarios.\nExperience using GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools in software development, application development, scripting, or solution implementation.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365 and its integration with AI, automation, and business application solutions.\nUnderstanding of enterprise security, identity, data governance, Responsible AI, and compliance considerations for AI solutions.\nExperience working directly with customers through workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, demonstrations, and delivery.\nStrong communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to connect technology capabilities with customer business challenges and measurable business outcomes.\nPreferred Qualifications\nHands-on experience developing solutions with Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, or related Microsoft technologies.\nExperience building or implementing AI agents, copilots, or generative AI applications.\nExperience integrating Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure AI, APIs, or enterprise data sources.\nProgramming or scripting experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or Power Fx.\nRelevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure AI, or related technologies.\nThis role is designed to support government customers operating in a regulated environment.
