We believe we do our best work when we are together and working hand in hand with business users\nCuriosity is something we embrace and value highly\nWe want people who are positive and passionate, have proven problem solving capabilities, can work quickly to find solutions to complex challenges and unlock big opportunities\nPeople need to be able to take ownership and be trusted to deliver, going the extra mile\nWe want people who are highly motivated and have a high desire to learn\nResponsibilities \nAdministrator of our HRIS (Workday), ensuring HR processes (e.g., data input, employee lifecycle workflows) are operationally timely and accurate.\nSupport the implementation of HR process changes within Workday to improve efficiency, automation, or reporting where applicable.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers on system updates, configurations, and troubleshooting.\nMaintain strong data governance to enable accurate and up-to-date HR data reporting and workforce analytics.\nExecute the day-to-day processes that fall within the employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, benefits administration, offboarding).\nContribute to process improvements within HR Operations, supporting efforts to standardise and streamline workflows.\nDocument existing and improved HR processes, workflows, and policies to ensure clarity and consistency.\nCollaborate with internal teams to review and refine HR processes to align with business objectives.\nEnsure all HR operational processes align with local laws and internal company policies.\nGenerate and manage HR documentation, including offer letters and service agreements\nFirst point of contact for employees and managers with HR operational queries, providing accurate and consistent guidance and applying judgement to escalate where required.\nWhat makes a great candidate \n1-3 years of experience in an HR Operations, HR Administration, or HR Analyst role.\nExperience working with HRIS platforms (preferably Workday), and Application Tracking Systems (preferably Greenhouse).\nStrong administrative and operational experience, with a proven ability to execute HR processes accurately and consistently.\nA practical understanding of the employee lifecycle and the underlying HR processes\nStrong attention to detail and organisational ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.\nProficiency in data management, governance and analytics.\nUnderstanding of compliance requirements such as GDPR or equivalent data protection regulations.\nExperience working with highly confidential and sensitive information and applying the highest levels of discretion.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.\nProactive, collaborative, execution-focused mindset - someone who takes ownership of tasks and follows through to completion.\nStrong problem-solving abilities, especially when troubleshooting HRIS or process issues.\nProficient in using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
