generate regular reports to provide insights on hiring performance and recommend strategies to leadership.\nAgency Management: Build and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies; monitor performance and negotiate contracts to optimise results.\nEarly Careers Programs: Oversee internship and graduate recruitment programs; establish partnerships with educational institutions to attract top early career talent.\nDirect Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute direct sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates using innovative techniques and technologies.\nTeam Leadership: Mentor and lead talent acquisition coordinators, setting performance goals and fostering a collaborative team environment.\nStakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with business objectives and advise on workforce planning.\nCompliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with laws, regulations, and internal policies;
