These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:\nThe successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Polygraph. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required pre-offer and post-hire for this role. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate U.S. Government clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination.\nClearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport, or other approved documents, or verified US government Clearance.\nPreferred/Additional Qualifications:\n3+ years' experience with the Microsoft Power Platform suite\n4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external). \n4+ years experience working on technical projects. \nTechnical Certification(s) in Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications). \nExperience implementing, operating, customizing, tuning, and troubleshooting Power Platform tools and applications including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, AI Builder, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio \nDeveloper experience advantageous (e.g. ability to read/write C# and Javascript) \nTroubleshooting knowledge & skills \nGood understanding of ITIL/Service Management \nExperience in the enterprise customer segment preferred \nDemonstrate communication skills; ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships, gain trust and respect for the company \nProven technical writing, presentation, and training skills \nFace-to-face customer engagement skills \nCloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year.
