This role provides horizontal support across Strategy & Planning, Delivery & Execution, and DC Operations teams, closes functional gaps, improves handoffs, and keeps decisions connected to execution.\nThis role builds and sustains the organization’s operating model through Rhythm of Business (ROB), governance, performance reporting, budgeting, workforce planning, executive communications, and business data management. The Business Program Manager Intern applies systems thinking to anticipate downstream impacts, resolve friction across organizational boundaries, and design scalable mechanisms that improve end-to-end performance.
