As part of Microsoft's commitment to skills development, transformation, and inclusive economic growth, interns are empowered to learn, grow, and make an impact while building the foundation for their future careers.\nResponsibilties:\nSupport program planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives. \nConduct research and analysis of business trends, customer feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.\nAssist in developing recommendations to improve business processes, program effectiveness, and operational efficiency.\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support program delivery from initiation through completion.\nHelp define and track success metrics, including Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).\nCreate reports, presentations, dashboards, and communications that support business decision-making.\nSupport change management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement activities.\nContribute to program reviews by analyzing performance data and identifying improvement opportunities.\nQualifications\nProgramme Eligibility:\nApplicants must be South African citizens and meet the eligibility requirements of the Microsoft South Africa BBBEE Internship Programme.\nCurrently pursuing (final year with no more than 6 months remaining) or have completed a Bachelor's degree in the last 6 months in Business, Business Management, Operations, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.\nFluency in English. \n#EiP #EiPMCAPS\nThis position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.\nMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
