Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\nResponsibilities\nBuild next generation offerings in Load Balancer technologies and work in tandem with other SON teams to deliver seamless, reliable and performant cloud infrastructure.\nDesign, develop and deploy large scale distributed system with incredible scale and performance with massive amount of data processing.\nIdentify opportunities and drive the design and implementation of end-to-end telemetry, alerting, self-healing, and automation capabilities to improve service health, manageability, and reliability.\nAbility to identify root causes of network and system performance bottlenecks and propose simple and implementable technical solution.\nHolds accountability as a Designated Responsible Individual (DR'), mentoring engineers across products/solutions, working on-call to monitor system for degradation, downtime, or interruptions and initiate actions to restore system.\nContributes to efforts to break down larger work items into smaller work ftems and provides estimation.\nProductize a functional specification with agile development with rapid iterations\nMentor other engineers on the team on coding and design best practices. \nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or PythonOR equivalent experience.\n\nOther Requirements:\nAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.\nThese requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or PythonOR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python \nOR equivalent experience.\n\nSoftware Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.
