You'll help customers modernise infrastructure, accelerate cloud adoption, enable AI innovation, and realise the full value of Microsoft Azure.\nThis is an opportunity to work at the intersection of cloud, infrastructure, networking, security, modernisation, and AI while collaborating with some of Microsoft's most strategic customers and partners across the region.\nResponsibilities\nJob Responsibilities\nAs a Cloud & AI Infrastructure Solution Engineer, you will:\nLead technical pre-sales engagements that help customers modernise infrastructure, improve resilience, and accelerate AI readiness.\nServe as a trusted technical advisor, influencing architecture and technology decisions across cloud, networking, security, and hybrid environments.\nDesign secure, scalable, and compliant cloud architectures using Microsoft Azure.\nDeliver technical workshops, demonstrations, architecture sessions, proofs of concept, and pilot engagements that drive customer success.\nGuide customers through cloud migration and modernisation initiatives involving Windows, Linux, databases, virtualisation platforms, networking, and enterprise applications.\nHelp customers adopt cloud-native technologies, platform engineering practices, containers, Kubernetes, automation, and AI-enabled operations.\nCollaborate with Microsoft sales, engineering, partner, and services teams to develop and deliver customer solutions.\nMaintain deep technical expertise across infrastructure, networking, security, modernisation, and emerging AI technologies.\nStay current on industry trends and bring innovative ideas that help customers achieve measurable business outcomes.\nQualifications\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft Azure or other hyperscale cloud platforms.\nExperience with Kubernetes, containers, platform engineering, automation, or Infrastructure as Code.\nFamiliarity with technologies such as VMware, Windows Server, Linux, SAP, Oracle, databases, or enterprise applications.\nExposure to GitHub Copilot, AI-powered development tools, Agentic AI, or cloud-native architecture patterns.\nExperience supporting large enterprise or industry customers undergoing digital transformation.\nWhat You'll Bring\nCustomer obsession and a passion for helping organisations succeed.\nA growth mindset with a desire to continuously learn and innovate.\nStrong technical problem-solving and solution design skills.\nThe ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.\nCuriosity, creativity, and enthusiasm for shaping the future of Cloud and AI.\nThis position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.\nMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
