You’ll be part of a multinational team that values precision, creativity and impact - where your decisions influence outcomes and your growth is continuous.\nFind out more about our culture and values, and the environment you will be working in.\nResponsibilities\nBuild trusted relationships with key customer IT and business decision makers to drive long-term cloud adoption, understand their business objectives, priorities and success measures, and design secure, scalable, AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable business value.\nLead architectural design sessions and deliver secure, scalable, and resilient application and AI solutions aligned to customer business goals, using frameworks like the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework (WAF), Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).\nGet hands-on: write code, build prototypes and MVPs, and co-develop with customer and partner engineering teams to fast-start and de-risk projects.\nOwn the end-to-end technical delivery results, ensuring completeness and accuracy of consumption and customer success plans in collaboration with the account team.\nTake ownership of customer outcomes with a sense of urgency, driving issues to resolution across customer, partner and multinational Microsoft teams.\nDrive migration and modernization initiatives, including committed proof of concept and production milestones, across application and AI workloads.\nDeliver repeatable intellectual property (IP) to achieve targeted outcomes, accelerate Azure adoption and consumption, and contribute to centralized IP development initiatives.\nProvide delivery oversight and escalation support for key strategic engagements across application and AI workloads.\nIdentify and resolve technical blockers to accelerate go-live, and serve as the Voice of the Customer, sharing feedback and insights with Microsoft engineering teams to influence product improvements.\nDrive technical excellence by leading the health, resiliency, security, and optimization of mission-critical application and AI workloads, ensuring readiness for production-scale AI use cases.\nAchieve and maintain certifications in priority Cloud & AI Apps workloads.\nMaintain deep technical expertise and stay current with market trends, competitive insights, and Microsoft’s evolving application and AI capabilities.\nDemonstrate a growth mindset by continuously learning, contributing to technical communities, sharing best practices and mentoring others to accelerate customer outcomes.\nQualifications\nProven hands-on software development experience: you have designed, written and shipped production code (e.g. C#/.NET, Python, Java, TypeScript), with solid engineering fundamentals.\nExperience with DevOps, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and infrastructure as code.\nCustomer-facing experience, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work across multinational teams.\nBusiness fluency in English.\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.\nPreferred qualifications\nPractical experience of software development and/or solution architecture experience in enterprise environments.\nExperience designing and delivering secure, scalable cloud-native and AI applications on Azure (e.g. Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, App Service, Container Apps, AKS, Functions, API Management).\nExperience building AI agents and RAG solutions, and with GitHub Copilot and agentic DevOps.\nExperience with Cosmos DB, Azure SQL or PostgreSQL.\nAzure or GitHub certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Developer Associate, Azure AI Engineer Associate, DevOps Engineer Expert).\nCloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Croatia is € 43,700.00 - € 79,600.00 per year.
