In this customer-facing role, you will lead technical engagements across architecture design, proof of concepts, pilots, and production milestones, accelerating adoption of Azure AI Foundry, Agent Factory, GitHub, app platforms and modernization and supporting data services. As part of the Cloud and AI Apps team, you will use repeatable IP, templates, agents, and Acceleration Programs to deliver scalable outcomes, generate incremental pipeline, and improve customer time-to-value. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\nResponsibilities\nEngage with customer IT and business leaders to understand their application, agent, data, and AI priorities, and design secure, scalable solutions that drive business value, customer confidence, and production adoption.\nLead technical engagements across architecture design, proof of concepts, pilots, and production milestones to accelerate adoption of Azure AI Foundry, Agent Factory, GitHub, app platforms, app modernization, integration services, and supporting data services.\nOwn end-to-end technical delivery results for dispatched engagements, partnering with Customer Success Account Managers to ensure customer success plans, workload-level RACIs are complete, accurate, and feasible for delivery.\nGenerate incremental pipeline from each engagement, aligning acceleration programs and customer objectives.\nUse and contribute repeatable IP, templates, frameworks, agents, and centralized IP development to achieve targeted customer outcomes, accelerate.\nProvide delivery oversight and escalation support for key Factory engagements across AI Apps, agents, and app innovation projects, using acceleration programs (Eg. Factory) as a delivery differentiator to accelerate time-to-value.\nLead the health, resiliency, sovereignty, security, capacity management, and optimization of mission-critical workloads, including service and model retirements, to ensure readiness for production-scale AI and agent use cases.\nAct as the Voice of the Customer by sharing adoption issues, capacity constraints, product gaps, deployment blockers, platform readiness feedback, and preview limitations with engineering teams to accelerate resolution and improve product outcomes.\nSupport customer and partner skilling through technical workshops, readiness activities, and guidance on AI Apps, agents, GitHub, app modernization, resiliency, and production readiness.\nMaintain deep technical expertise and stay current with Azure, AI, GitHub, and cloud-native development trends, while contributing to internal and external technical communities.\nMaintain deep technical expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Agent365, Microsoft IQs, GitHub Copilot, GitHub Platform, app platforms, containers, serverless, integration services, DevOps, and supporting data and customer health workloads, while contributing to internal and external technical communities.\nDemonstrate a growth mindset by continuously aligning your skills to customer needs, contributing to knowledge sharing, and mentoring others to accelerate customer outcomes.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND solid experience in AI, GitHub, Agentic DevOps, AI Agent development, cloud, developer, application platform, agents, or related technologiesOR equivalent experience \n\nExperience in information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting \nPreferred Qualifications\nSolid experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external). \nSolid experience working on technical projects \nTechnical Certification in AI, Cloud, Developer or Agents (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, GitHub, AI, Agents, Security certifications) \nThis position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.\nMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
