The Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) is a trusted technical advisor responsible for helping customers design, deploy, adopt, and optimize Microsoft Copilot and Power Platforms. (Co-)Delivering Community Sessions and Hackathons about Prompt Engineering to drive Adoption of Modern Work AI tools.\nHas a holistic view over the customer technology landscape and architecture to asses optimization opportunities using Microsoft technologies.\nEnsures that the customer is fully satisfied with the product application/solution performance.\nAdvises company sales staff and customer personnel by disseminating technical information on specific applications.\nWorks closely with employees from various organizational levels at the customer to fully understand their technical needs.\nOtherEmbody our culture and values\n\nQualifications\nRequired/minimum qualification s\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting\nOR equivalent experience.\nOther Requirements\nThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $113,300 - $187,400 per year.\nCertain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
