You will deliver repeatable AI and Agentic solutions. In this role, you’ll work with others on technical engagements across design, build, and operations, removing blockers and accelerating adoption of Microsoft AI solutions built on Copilot, Copilot Studio, Foundry, Fabric, Azure AI, App Services, GitHub and data platforms. You will deliver engagements leveraging existing Repeatable IP and execution engines with accountability for delivery excellence, consumption growth, and successful deployment for the customer. You’ll be certified in priority workloads like Azure AI and Data Platform services, cloud native app services, GitHub and related developer tools, and collaborate with customer developers, and engineers to turn innovation into real-world outcomes. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\nResponsibilities\nEngage with customer developers & engineers to understand their application, data, and AI priorities, and build secure AI & Agentic solutions that drive business value and customer satisfaction.\nWork on technical engagements across architecture design, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to accelerate adoption of Copilot, Copilot Studio, Foundry, Fabric, Azure AI, App Services, GitHub, and data platforms.\nLeverage AI to automate and deliver repeatable processes that help customers achieve faster outcomes and deliver repeatable IP aligned with AI and Agentic Solutions\nEngage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-use, and learn from others to help accelerate your customer’s AI transformation journey.\nAct as the Voice of the Customer by sharing insights and feedback with account teams to identify opportunities and remove adoption blockers.\nMaintain deep technical expertise and stay current with AI trends and technologies such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, Foundry, Fabric, Azure, AI, GitHub, Security solutions, while contributing to internal and external technical communities.\nActively participate in onboarding, technical training, and ongoing skill development programs.\nIncorporate coaching feedback to improve technical accuracy, efficiency, and customer interaction quality\nDemonstrate a growth mindset by continuously aligning your skills to current and future customer needs\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications (RQs)\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.\n1+ years' experience in AI/cloud technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.\nPreferred Qualifications (PQs)\nTechnology Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)\nHands-on experience in AI technologies.\n Good written and verbal communication skills.\nKnowledge of Azure networking, compute, storage, and identity.\nKnowledge of SQL and basic Python.\nExposure Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, or Azure Databricks.\nUnderstanding data pipelines and data lakes.\nBasic understanding of generative AI and enterprise data integration.\nUnderstanding of cloud security and monitoring.\nIn addition we require :\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to follow structured processes and work effectively in a defined support environment.\nSupport a positive, inclusive, and customer-focused team culture.\nCuriosity to take something apart to understand it, and the discipline to write down what you learned.\nAbility to follow a documented method precisely, and to say so clearly when it does not fit what you are seeing.\nThis position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.\nMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
