Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\nThis opportunity will allow you to:\nDeepen your expertise across Azure Infrastructure, Application Innovation and AI workloads.\nDevelop delivery leadership skills by orchestrating global virtual teams and driving complex technical programs.\nStrengthen your business acumen by linking technical outcomes to customer success, Azure consumption growth, and long-term business value.\nWe support a flexible hybrid work model aligned to customer, collaboration, and business needs.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nLead architecture, migration, modernization, optimization, and AI adoption engagements for strategic enterprise customers across infrastructure, application, and AI solution areas.\nEnable AI-ready infrastructure by ensuring customer environments meet security, resiliency, data, and performance requirements for AI workloads at scale.\nDesign secure, scalable, resilient, and production-ready solutions using Azure Infrastructure, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI Services, AKS, App Services, Data Platforms, GitHub, and cloud-native architectures.\n Own technical delivery outcomes and committed milestones for customer-funded engagements, ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction.\nPartner with Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs), Factory teams, Specialists, Engineering, and Partners to deliver One Microsoft outcomes following MCEM principles.\nAccelerate Azure consumption by identifying next-best workloads, expansion opportunities, and technical recommendations that drive customer business outcomes.\nEnable customers to build AI-ready environments by addressing infrastructure, security, governance, networking, application modernization, and data platform requirements.\nSupport Factory execution through delivery oversight, risk management, escalation support, and technical governance, leading to customer satisfaction\n Contribute reusable intellectual property (IP), automation assets, architectures, and best practices that improve delivery efficiency and scalability across the organization.\nAct as the Voice of the Customer by sharing customer insights, product feedback, and adoption blockers with engineering teams.\nDeliver customer workshops, architecture reviews, technical assessments, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and production readiness activities.\nContinuously build technical depth through ongoing skilling, certifications, accreditations and participation in technical communities.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure, application development, consulting, technical delivery, or solution architecture.\nHands-on experience with Azure infrastructure services including compute, networking, storage, monitoring, backup, and security.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services across infrastructure, modern applications and AI.\nExperience delivering migration and modernization projects using Azure Migrate, Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), Well-Architected Framework (WAF), and Landing Zones\nKnowledge of security and resiliency principles including Defender for Cloud, identity, networking security, and business continuity & disaster recovery.\nExperience delivering customer-facing technical projects from design through production deployment, leading technical discussions with senior IT and business stakeholders\nStrong understanding of cloud architecture, security, resiliency, governance, and operational excellence principles.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional, and virtual teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAzure certifications such as Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Developer, Azure AI Engineer, or Security Engineer.\nExperience with hybrid and multi-cloud scenarios including Azure Arc, AVS, or regulated / sovereign environments.\nExposure to infrastructure-as-code using Bicep or Terraform and DevOps practices.\nExperience supporting SAP on Azure, Linux, Windows Server, databases, or mission-critical workloads.\nExperience with cloud-native application development using AKS, App Services, Containers, API Management, GitHub, and DevOps practices.\nExperience with Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry, Generative AI, RAG architectures, AI agents, or machine learning solutions.\nThis position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.\nMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
