This is a customer facing role, owning overall technical relationship between customer and Microsoft Data, Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Platform.\nYou will own the Data Platform & Advanced Analytics and AI technical support for both pre and post sales including architectural design sessions, specific implementation projects, build MVPs and trouble solving and prevent the issues and support to build more efficient systems with Well-Architect framework. & Business Outcomes\nServe as a trusted technical advisor to Databricks, customers, and partners, helping them realize business value from Microsoft Azure Data Platform and Azure Databricks investments.\nLead architecture reviews, technical strategy discussions, proofs of concept, and production deployments to accelerate adoption of Data, Analytics, AI, and modernization solutions.\nIdentify and resolve technical blockers impacting deployment, scalability, adoption, or customer success outcomes.\nDrive Azure consumption, Databricks adoption, and customer success metrics across assigned accounts and partner engagements.\nCollaborate with partner technical and sales teams to identify growth opportunities and expand adoption of Microsoft Data, Analytics, and AI solutions.\nHelp partners develop and scale differentiated solutions and services that accelerate customer value realization and cloud adoption.\nSolution Enablement & Technical Delivery\nGuide through technical leadership and proactive engagement.\nTechnical Architecture & Industry Expertise\nDesign, validate, and optimize enterprise-scale architectures leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Services, AI Services, and cloud-native technologies.\nDrive architectural reviews and strategic technology assessments for high-impact customer and partner engagements.\nDevelop reusable intellectual property (IP), reference architectures, technical guidance, and deployment accelerators to improve scalability and repeatability.\nInfluence technology roadmaps and platform decisions through architectural leadership, industry knowledge, and customer insights.\nMaintain deep expertise in Fabric Databricks, Databases, Power BI & AI technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings.\nApply technical knowledge to architect solutions that meet business and IT needs, create Data Platform, AA/AI roadmaps, and ensure long term technical viability of new deployments, infusing key analytics and AI technologies where appropriate (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, SQL, open-sources databases, Azure Databricks and PowerBI, Azure ML, Cognitive Services, Spark, Data Lake, Azure Synapse, etc.)\nContribute technical thought leadership through customer success stories, best practices, and technical guidance.\nCross-Functional Collaboration &
