Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\nIn alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day.\nResponsibilities\nProject Coordination & Execution\nSupport construction activities from project initiation through closeout, ensuring all tasks, schedules, and action items are tracked and executed on time.\nCoordinate meetings, vendor activities, engineering site visits, and internal crossfunctional discussions to maintain project progress.\nAssist in preparing project approval tools, requests for proposals, and scope-of-work documentation to support on-time delivery.\nParticipate in weekly meetings for construction projects across the Metro\n\nDocumentation & Repository Management\nOversee project repositories (SharePoint or equivalent), ensuring clear organization, retrieval, and version control of documentation across all phases.\nMaintain, track and archive all required project documentaion, including drawings, logs, compliance documents, engineering reports and turnover packages\n\nSafety, Compliance and Risk Management\nActively participate in project site safety, including daily site reviews for EHS observations, and assist with coordination of EHS related documentation.\nTrack project constraints and risks; escalate delays or issues and initiate acceleration programs when critical path tasks are compromised.\n\nBudget, Reporting & Controls\nAssist in monitoring vendor performance and ensuring contract compliance, including coordinating documentation required for commissioning managers and contractors.\nProvide accurate project progress data, KPI metrics, and schedule updates to support cost management and reporting.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years related experience OR equivalent experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\n Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years related experience OR equivalent experience. \n3 years experience working on large scale, complex ICI construction projects\n3 years of local, in region project experience\nExperience with the substantial completion and closeout of at least 1 large scale complex construction project.\n7+ years experience working on data center projects.\nOther Requirements:\nAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
