The role assists construction managers, commissioning teams, and engineering teams by facilitating workflows, tracking deliverables, and maintaining compliance with corporate, safety, and regulatory standards.\nProject Coordination & Execution\nSupport construction activities from project initiation through closeout, ensuring all tasks, schedules, and action items are tracked and executed on time.\nCoordinate meetings, vendor activities, engineering site visits, and internal crossfunctional discussions to maintain project progress.\nAssist in preparing project approval tools, requests for proposals, and scope-of-work documentation to support on-time delivery.\nParticipate in weekly meetings for construction projects across the Metro\nDocumentation & Repository Management\nOversee project repositories (SharePoint or equivalent), ensuring clear organization, retrieval, and version control of documentation across all phases.\nMaintain, track and archive all required project documentaion, including drawings, logs, compliance documents, engineering reports and turnover packages\nSafety, Compliance and Risk Management\nActively participate in project site safety, including daily site reviews for EHS observations, and assist with coordination of EHS related documentation.\nTrack project constraints and risks; escalate delays or issues and initiate acceleration programs when critical path tasks are compromised.\nBudget, Reporting & Controls\nAssist in monitoring vendor performance and ensuring contract compliance, including coordinating documentation required for commissioning managers and contractors.\nProvide accurate project progress data, KPI metrics, and schedule updates to support cost management and reporting.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\n Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years related experience OR equivalent experience. \n3+ years of experience working on large scale, complex ICI construction projects\n3+ years of local, in region project experience\n3+ years of experience with the substantial completion and closeout of at least 1 large scale complex construction project.\nOther Requirements:\nAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:\nMicrosoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.\nWhile not required, Preferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years related experience OR equivalent experience.\n7+ years experience working on data center projects.\n#COICareers | #EPCCareers | #DCDCareers\nConstruction Project Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.\nCertain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
