Customer Territory is primarily Healthcare, so experience in this field may be of benefit\nResponsibilities\nGenerate, qualify, and manage a healthy services pipeline across VIC/NSW/QLD government and public-sector accounts, maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM (MSX) hygiene.\nOriginate and close consulting / ISD and Unified support deals, owning the end-to-end sales motion from qualification to signature.\nDevelop and execute account plans in partnership with account teams, aligning Microsoft services to customer priorities and renewal cycles (EA, MACC, Unified).\nBuild and maintain trusted relationships with customer business and technical decision-makers, including C-level stakeholders.\nOrchestrate cross-functional pursuit teams (specialists, delivery, deal desk, legal) to shape compliant, value-based proposals.\nNavigate public-sector procurement and Whole-of-Government frameworks, supporting required deal approvals and risk assessments.\nDeliver against quarterly and annual revenue and consumption targets.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nProven enterprise services, solution, or consulting sales experience with a consistent record of quota attainment.\nStrong consultative selling skills and the ability to translate customer outcomes into services proposals.\nDemonstrated government / public-sector services sales experience into large, complex accounts (Healthcare a strong plus).\nDisciplined pipeline management and forecasting rigor.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and orchestration skills.\nWillingness to travel as required, including to VIC/NSW/QLD customers.\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Cloud (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Security) and Unified support offerings.\nExisting relationships within the Western Australian and South Australian markets and government ecosystems.\nThis position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.\nMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
