Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\nResponsibilities\nAccount Delivery Management\nSupport administration of large federal contracts, including processing contract modifications, amendments, and funding actions.\nMaintain financial forecasts, staffing projections, and budget tracking to support program execution.\nReview workforce capacity and resource demand, recommending labor allocations aligned with contractual requirements and available funding.\nDevelop cost estimates and supporting basis-of-estimate documentation for new requirements, contract changes, and growth opportunities.\nAnalyze cost drivers, labor trends, unit costs, and rate structures to support financial planning and decision-making.\nTrack commitments, obligations, expenditures, burn rates, and estimate-at-completion metrics against approved budgets.\nIdentify financial risks, funding shortfalls, and excess funding early and develop data-driven recommendations for corrective action.\nProduce executive-ready reports, dashboards, and briefings that simplify complex operational and financial data.\nCoordinate with program leadership and executive stakeholders to obtain approvals, communicate status, and support decision-making.\nDevelop, document, and continuously improve operational and business management processes.\nLeverage automation, AI tools, and reporting solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.\nMaintain compliance with security, contractual, and organizational requirements.\nDocument work products, maintain operational records, and contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in related field AND 2+ years experience in project managementOR equivalent experience. \n\nOther Requirements\nSecurity Clearance Requirements: Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport, or other approved documents, or verified US government clearance.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in related field AND 5+ years experience in project managementOR equivalent experience.\n\nProject Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) certification.\n1+ year(s) financial management experience.\nUnderstanding of government contract structures and the financial processes that support contract execution.\nExperience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Copilot, AI-assisted workflows, or similar generative AI tools.\nConsulting Project Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $77,900 - $156,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $169,200 per year.\nCertain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
