We support a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-billion, multi-year datacenter construction projects.\nMicrosoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) is the team behind the cloud. We are responsible for delivering over 200 Microsoft web portals, Live and Online Services around the world including infrastructure, security and compliance, operations, globalization, and manageability. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.”\nResponsibilities\nLead procurement planning and sourcing strategies to support project delivery, budget, and schedule objectives.\nDevelop and execute negotiation strategies, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.\nManage supplier selection, onboarding, and performance to ensure alignment with business and project goals.\nLead the negotiation, execution, and administration of contracts, applying industry best practices and Microsoft contracting requirements.\nOversee contract performance, including supplier compliance, changes, claims, notices, and corrective actions as the contract subject matter expert.\nDrive project execution by ensuring goods and services are delivered on time, within specification, and with effective risk management.\nChampion continuous improvement through process simplification, automation, data analytics, and adoption of digital procurement tools.\nQualifications\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nMaster's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field AND proven years of experience in Commercial / Contractual Construction Role OR Bachelor's Degree in QuantitySurveying, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field AND proven years of experience in Commercial / Contractual Construction Role OR equivalent experience.\nBackground Check Requirements:\nAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
