You will be managing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and ensure that all preventive and corrective maintenance activities are accurately tracked, scheduled, and completed in alignment with compliance standards and operational protocols. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and maintain accurate Planned Preventive Maintenance Schedules, ensuring alignment with CE standards and scope items. \nAct as the primary point of contact for all CMMS-related queries and user support. \nProvide guidance to CE Operations teams on correct CMMS usage, processes, and standards. \nEnsure consistent application of CMMS practices across the campus in alignment with regional and global requirements.\nMonitor CMMS performance to ensure data quality, consistency, compliance, and traceability. \nReport CMMS KPIs to DC management and highlight areas for improvement. \nProactively identify and report potential risks of non-compliance or standard breaches, enabling timely mitigation and corrective actions. \nAnalyze CMMS data trends to identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization.\nDevelop and maintain maintenance plans within the CMMS in alignment with approved preventive maintenance strategies, ensuring all required activities are accurately configured and scheduled in the system.\nSupport CE inventory management by maintaining accurate records within CMMS. \nCreate, modify, and maintain asset, location, and equipment data as required.\nManage purchase orders (POs) throughout the entire process, including reviewing and interpreting quotations, creating purchase orders, tracking progress in designated trackers, recording receipt of materials in the system, and reviewing and approving invoices.\nMonitor statistics and key performance indicators in Power BI’s to ensure compliance with internal requirements, established standards, and applicable processes.\nEnsure compliance with current standards and guidelines by staying up to date with changes and implementing new requirements in relevant systems, processes, and documentation.\nProvide administrative support to technicians, including creating and following up on support tickets and coordinating required corrections, updates, and additions to systems and processes.\nManage the onboarding of new vendors and ensure that all required administrative activities, documentation, and system registrations are completed accurately.\nPlan third-party preventive maintenance (PM) work, including coordinating, scheduling, and following up with external vendors.\nUnderstands, follows, and ensures safety and security requirements (e.g., job hazard assessments [JHAs], environmental health and safety (EH&S), toolbox talks), and business processes and procedures to properly perform work in a safe, quality, and reliable within Microsoft requirements. \nEmbody our culture and values \nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nProficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or equal work order systems platforms and understanding of work order lifecycle. \nHighly organized and detail oriented, with strong coordination and communication skills.\nDemonstrate a strong safety, compliance and accountability mindset, with the ability to prioritize and remain calm in a fast-paced and critical environment.\nProactive, reliable and solution-oriented, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.\nComfortable working with processes, documentation, data and Microsoft 365 tools, and motivated by continuous Improvement. \nBackground Check Requirements:\nAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
