Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\nResponsibilities\nBuild working relationships with site operations, engineering, construction, vendors, safety, security, and leadership stakeholders.\nCoordinate and drive critical environment programmes, projects, audits, readiness activities, and operational improvement initiatives across Helsinki sites.\nTrack actions, risks, dependencies, and milestones to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to the required standard.\nSupport compliance with critical environment standards, operational policies, procedures, and site-readiness requirements.\nCoordinate CE audits, compliance verifications, and follow-up remediation actions.\nIdentify operational risks, vulnerabilities, and single points of failure, and drive mitigation plans with the relevant teams.\nSupport cost, energy efficiency, reliability, and resilience improvement initiatives.\nPrepare and maintain routine reporting on CE programme status, risks, KPIs, objectives, and improvement actions.\nAct as a coordination and escalation point for CE-related issues, ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged and actions are followed through.\nProvide input and recommendations on critical environment design, equipment, construction methods, operational readiness, and maintainability.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nExperience in datacenter, critical environment, facilities, construction, or infrastructure operations.\nProven ability to coordinate complex, large-scale projects across multiple stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.\nThis role requires fluency in reading, writing, and conversational Finnish and English, as all business operations and stakeholder communications are conducted in these languages\nProgram management skills, including planning, tracking actions, managing risks, and driving deliverables to completion.\nAbility to work effectively with operations, engineering, safety, security, and leadership.\nGood understanding of critical environment principles, operational risk, change management, and site readiness.\nYou will be required to travel between sites as part of this role so a valid driver’s license will be required.\nThis role requires you to be on-site, and the location has limited public transport. Your own form of transport is advised.\nBackground Check Requirements:\nAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:\nMicrosoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.\nWhile not required, we also look for the following Preferred Qualifications:\nExperience working with the operation of building cooling, electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems\nProject management or relevant certification/training in project management \nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in applicable engineering field or mechanical or electrical trades\nData Center Operations Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Finland is € 65,000.00 - € 111,700.00 per year.
