Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\nResponsibilities\nLead, coach and develop a team of critical environment technicians, fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, safety, and continuous learning.\nOversee the operation, monitoring, and reliability of critical infrastructure systems, including electrical, mechanical, cooling, controls, and power generation equipment.\nDirect maintenance activities across critical facility equipment, ensuring planned, predictive, and corrective work is executed in accordance with established procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.\nLead the response to operational incidents and critical events, coordinating troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and post-incident reviews to minimize business impact.\nAct as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance on equipment diagnostics, system performance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nManage and oversee vendor and contractor activities, ensuring all work is performed safely, compliantly, and in alignment with operational and quality standards.\nDrive a strong safety and compliance culture by ensuring adherence to EHS requirements, operating procedures, risk assessments, and security standards while maintaining reliable data center operations.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent AND experience mission critical services work/applied learning experience (e.g., high availability assembly/manufacturing/critical infrastructure environments such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related fields)OR extensive equivalent experience \n\nExperience in people management OR leading technicians, vendors, or cross-functional teams in a mission-critical operations environment\n\nExperience operating, maintaining, or supporting critical electrical and/or mechanical infrastructure systems (e.g., power distribution, UPS, generators, cooling systems, HVAC, chillers, pumps, or related equipment).\n\nBackground Check Requirements:\nAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:\nMicrosoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.\nCritical Environment Ops M3 - The typical base pay range for this role across France is € 53,600.00 - € 99,100.00 per year.
