Join us to do meaningful work that changes the world and helps shape what’s next for everyone.\nResponsibilities\nAnalyze and interpret project data to provide recommendations and strategic recommendations for datacenter-related operations models, support, and implementation plans\nInterpret customer requirements as they relate to standard operating procedures and drive parity between the two\nCollaborate across internal groups, external suppliers, and customers\nDocument and improve processes around planning, implementation, operations, confidentiality, security, and compliance to ensure the work that is being done is securely, compliantly, efficiently, and per standards\nRepresent Microsoft in engagements with internal/external entities and the U.S. Government\nParticipate in technical communities to stay informed of effective practices and changes within the broader discipline and share them with the organization\nDevelop, create, implement, and support physical and operations security (OPSEC) policies, plans, and processes internal security and compliance teams that allow Datacenter Operations to operate in a manner that is compliant with relevant U.S. Government (and/or other unique environment) security standards and requirements for the operation of highly confidential and regulated projects\nEmpower a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspect of datacenter activities \nEstablish and enhance working relationships with customers \nCreate and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on time delivery \nPlan, manage, and communicate end-to-end project plans with stakeholders and teams \nPerform day-to-day project check-in and update accordingly to manage project delivery and quality \nIdentify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders and other teams to drive resolution\nGather and provide feedback on lessons learned, effective practices, and innovations on process/procedures and tools to improve efficiencies and productivity \nWork with various Engineering, Operations, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, DC Build Managers, and Regional Technical Infrastructure Managers during project planning and execution\nLearn, live, and coach the One Microsoft culture and values.
