You will ensure that appropriate risk controls, mitigation measures, contingency plans, and rollback or recovery arrangements are established to prevent or minimize service interruption.\nYou will collaborate with Engineering, Datacenter Operations, Deployment, Network, Critical Environment, Security, Logistics, Supply Chain, Asset Management, and regional infrastructure teams. You will also coordinate with suppliers, service partners, contractors, landlords, and colocation providers to identify dependencies, manage risks, remove delivery obstacles, and successfully transition completed projects into operations.\nThis position requires full-time onsite work in Chonburi, Thailand.\nResponsibilities\nEnd-to-End IT Project Delivery\nCreate, manage, and communicate end-to-end project plans for large-scale datacenter IT infrastructure projects.\n\nManage project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, changes, quality requirements, acceptance criteria, and closure.\n\nDeliver projects involving:\n\nLarge-scale server deployment\n\nEnterprise and datacenter network infrastructure implementation\n\nDatacenter racks and enclosures\n\nStorage and physical IT infrastructure\n\nStructured copper and fiber-optic cabling\n\nCapacity expansion and infrastructure upgrades\n\nEquipment migrations and technology refreshes\n\nInfrastructure and equipment decommissioning\n\nConduct regular project reviews and check-ins to monitor progress, delivery quality, risks, issues, dependencies, and required actions.\n\nIdentify project gaps and obstacles, establish mitigation or recovery actions, and escalate through the appropriate channels when required.\n\nEnsure projects are completed safely, securely, on time, within approved scope and budget, and with the required level of quality.\n\nMaintain accurate project plans, schedules, risk and issue registers, decision logs, change records, status reports, acceptance evidence, and closure documentation.\n\nEnsure completed projects meet agreed acceptance criteria and are successfully handed over to the responsible operations teams.\n\nTechnical and Operational Coordination\nTranslate technical and business requirements into executable project plans, work packages, resource requirements, milestones, and acceptance criteria.\n\nCoordinate planned activities, including project execution, infrastructure deployment, upgrades, migrations, technology refreshes, testing, and preventive maintenance affecting datacenter IT systems and infrastructure.\n\nDevelop and validate implementation plans, Methods of Procedure, risk assessments, maintenance windows, technical dependencies, communication plans, contingency measures, and rollback or recovery arrangements before execution.\n\nCoordinate technical dependencies involving servers, storage, network equipment, racks, structured cabling, fiber-optic infrastructure, logistics, assets, power, cooling, security, access, and operational readiness.\n\nWork with Engineering, Datacenter Operations, Deployment, Network, Critical Environment, Security, Logistics, Supply Chain, Asset Management, DC Build Managers, and regional infrastructure teams to assess potential impacts on the IT production environment.\n\nEnsure appropriate mitigation and operational controls are established to prevent or minimize:\n\nService interruption\n\nEquipment impact\n\nCapacity constraints\n\nAvailability risks\n\nOther adverse impacts on the IT production environment\n\nConfirm that required resources, approvals, access, tools, materials, technical support, escalation paths, and recovery arrangements are available before planned work begins.\n\nCoordinate implementation activities within live, production, or mission-critical datacenter environments and monitor execution against the approved plan.\n\nEnsure project and preventive maintenance activities follow approved designs, Methods of Procedure, change controls, safety requirements, security controls, quality standards, and operational requirements.\n\nApply Stop Work Authority and escalate when site conditions, technical dependencies, safety controls, or execution activities deviate from the approved plan or create unacceptable risk to production services.\n\nEnsure post-implementation validation, service-health checks, issue resolution, operational handover, documentation, and formal closure are completed.\n\nStakeholder, Supplier, and Risk Management\nEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, suppliers, service partners, contractors, landlords, and colocation providers.\n\nClarify and document stakeholder expectations, project responsibilities, technical dependencies, decisions, and completion criteria.\n\nManage supplier and contractor scope, schedules, deliverables, resources, quality, safety, documentation, and corrective actions.\n\nProactively identify project risks, gaps, conflicts, and potential customer or operational impacts, and communicate them to the appropriate stakeholders.\n\nEscalate material risks, schedule delays, resource constraints, unresolved dependencies, and quality concerns to remove obstacles and protect project outcomes.\n\nProvide clear and timely project updates covering:\n\nProject status and achievements\n\nUpcoming milestones\n\nSchedule and budget\n\nRisks and issues\n\nDecisions and dependencies\n\nRequired actions and support\n\nDrive project actions to closure with clear ownership, target dates, and documented outcomes.\n\nSafety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement\nPromote a culture of safety, security, quality, and compliance throughout project planning and execution.\n\nFollow Microsoft, customer, regulatory, and site-specific safety and security requirements and immediately report concerns.\n\nEnsure appropriate risk assessments, work controls, change approvals, implementation plans, testing requirements, and rollback or recovery arrangements are established before execution.\n\nSupport troubleshooting, incident response, root-cause analysis, recovery planning, and corrective actions associated with project activities.\n\nConduct or support project quality reviews, post-implementation reviews, and lessons-learned sessions.\n\nCapture lessons learned, effective practices, and project feedback to improve processes, procedures, tools, efficiency, quality, and Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.\n\n8+ years of relevant industry experience, including demonstrated direct experience managing and successfully delivering large-scale or complex IT system and infrastructure projects.\n\nDemonstrated project-delivery experience involving one or more of the following:\n\nLarge-scale datacenter server deployment\n\nEnterprise or datacenter network infrastructure implementation\n\nDatacenter rack, enclosure, and physical IT infrastructure deployment\n\nStructured copper and fiber-optic cabling implementation\n\nEnterprise computing, storage, or cloud-infrastructure deployment\n\nIT infrastructure expansion, migration, consolidation, or technology refresh\n\nInfrastructure and equipment decommissioning\n\nDatacenter capacity onboarding and operationalization\n\nDemonstrated experience managing end-to-end project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, changes, quality, acceptance, operational handover, and closure.\n\nStrong working knowledge of physical IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, network equipment, racks and enclosures, capacity, structured cabling, fiber-optic infrastructure, and related datacenter systems.\n\nDemonstrated experience planning and managing project execution, infrastructure changes, and preventive maintenance activities within live IT production or mission-critical environments.\n\nExperience establishing risk assessments,
