Lead through change by bringing clarity, generating energy, and delivering success. \nEmbody our culture and values.\n\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nColleage/University graduated or equivalent AND 3+ years experience of mission-critical service management (e.g., providing IT services, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, military, or managing physical operations in an IT and/or critical environment infrastructure) OR equivalent experience\nAt least three years’ experience managing physical operations in an IT and/or Critical Environment infrastructure. \nAt least two years’ experience leading and motivating a diverse, technical workforce.\nWillingness to work flexible hours, non-business hours, or other scenarios required by rhythm of the business\nBackground Check Requirements:\nAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:\nMicrosoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.\nWhile not required, we also look for the following Preferred Qualifications:\nEnterprise-level Experience in managing large-scale and complex projects/programs. \nWorking knowledge of audit and compliance requirements in a large global enterprise \nProven problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, data analysis, and attention to detail \nProven verbal and written communication and organization skills \nAble to multi-task and project manage many tasks simultaneously. \nCollege or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience \nThis position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.\nMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
