As a result, you will need to provide acurrent and valid Australian passport to verify your citizenship.\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities:\nEmpowering a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of datacenter activities \nLeading and managing a team of high-performing individual contributors and their ongoing talent development \nManaging and overseeing datacenter site services, logistics, and deployment \nCollaborating and coordinating with multiple internal business groups to ensure the successful delivery of service levels. \nAnalyzing production operations and initiate corrective actions to ensure operational stability.\nInitiate and establish quality standards for the Datacenter teams and manage those initiatives through to completion. \nLearn, live, and coach the One Microsoft culture and values.? Lead through change by bringing clarity, generating energy, and delivering success. \nEmbody our culture and values.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nAt least three years’ experience managing physical operations in an IT and/or Critical Environment infrastructure. \nAt least two years’ experience leading and motivating a diverse, technical workforce.\nWillingness to work flexible hours, non-business hours, or other scenarios required by rhythm of the business\nWhile not required, we also look for the following Preferred Qualifications:\nEnterprise-level Experience in managing large-scale and complex projects/programs. \nWorking knowledge of audit and compliance requirements in a large global enterprise \nStrong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, data analysis, and attention to detail \nStrong verbal and written communication and organization skills \nMust be able to multi-task and project manage many tasks simultaneously. \nCollege or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience \nBackground Check Requirements:\nAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
