Come and join us in CO+I and be at the forefront of the action!\nResponsibilities\nChampion a strong culture of safety, security, compliance, and service availability across data centre operations.\n\nLead and develop multidisciplinary team across IT Operations and Critical Environment (Electrical & Mechanical) ensuring reliable and efficient day-to-day operations.\n\nDeliver success through empowerment, talent development, succession planning and a culture of accountability and inclusion\n\nDrive Critical Environment availability, operational performance, and service delivery, reducing incidents and ensuring customer capacity is delivered on time and to required standards.\n\nLead major incident response and service recovery, including root-cause reviews, improvement actions, and sharing operational best practices.\n\nReview Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and provide input to improve or increase efficiency across IT and Critical Environment (CE) services.\n\nOversee capacity planning, infrastructure delivery, partnering with regional teams to support new projects and deployments.\n\nSupport financial planning and forecasting budgets, operational and capital expenditure, drive efficiency initiatives, vendor relationships, and key external stakeholders.\n\nQualifications\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent and 6+ years of experience in mission-critical service management, such as IT services, manufacturing, warehousing, retail, military operations, or physical operations within an IT and/or critical environment infrastructure.\n\n3+ years of experience leading, directly managing and influencing a diverse organisation of full-time employees across multiple disciplines and platforms.\n\nDemonstrated experience leading operational delivery in a complex, high-availability or mission-critical environment.\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead incident response, communicate with senior stakeholders and drive corrective and preventive actions.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Science, Mathematics, Telecommunications, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; or a relevant technical college certification in mechanical or electrical engineering/services.\n\n5+ years of enterprise-level experience managing large-scale and complex projects or programmes. Experience with Critical Environment infrastructure, such as UPS systems, generators and cooling (chiller) units.\n\n5+ years of experience with physical IT infrastructure, such as servers, storage, networking, capacity, racks/enclosures and structured cabling. Experience managing budgets of USD 5 million or more, including forecasting and operational and capital expenditure controls.\n\nExperience working on large-scale Critical Environment projects and operating IT infrastructure.\n\nRelevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, PMP, CDCP, CompTIA, Microsoft, CCNA, inventory control, Microsoft Operations Framework, or leadership development certifications.\n\nBackground Check Requirements:\nAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
