Your focus is making that IP better: integrating AIso each delivery takes less effort, sharpening the risks it exposes, and making what the customer receives clearer and more useful. The work spansreliability and operational readiness, AI behaviordrift and integrity, operational controls, consumption and unit cost, and output quality. During your ramp,you are not accountable for customer delivery; your customer exposure is structured observation alongside sr architects, which is how you build toward customer readiness.\nThis opportunity will allow you to develop deep hands-on skillsin AI and Azure engineering, learn how repeatable IP is designed, testedand shipped to a global delivery team, and build the technical judgment that leads to Mission Critical customer work. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\nResponsibilities\nWith direct coaching and guidance from more experienced peers:\nImprove the repeatable IP our architects already deliver:integrate AI so each delivery takes less effort, sharpen the risks it exposes, and make the customer-facing output clearer and more actionable.\n\nTurn field feedback into improvements: reproduce the reported problem in a lab, make the correction, write the check that proves it is fixed, and record what changed and why.\n\nBuild and test the automation, queries, prompts, agentsand templates that let a deliverable be executed consistently by many architects rather than rebuilt each time.\n\nRun the defined analysis behind a deliverable, such as behaviordrift and integrity baselines, consumption and unit cost, or output quality scoring, validatethe result against the documented method, and escalate anything that looks wrong.\n\nWrite the material that makes IP usable by someone else: delivery guides, runbooks, worked examples, test data and acceptance checks.\n\nAct as customer zero for our own AI tooling and agents, stress-testing them internally before they are used in any customer environment, and reporting what breaks.\n\nBuild Mission Critical, Azure and AI platform depth through structured onboarding, accreditation, teach backsand supervised observation of sr architect delivery, incorporating coaching feedback as you progress toward customer readiness.\n\nBuilds familiarity around how to execute work in compliance with industry and Microsoft guidelines and procedures\n\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field OR equivalent experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field OR equivalent experience\n\nTechnology Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)\n\nHands-on experience in AI technologies\n\nIn addition\nGoodwritten and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to follow a documented method precisely, and to say so clearly when it does not fit what you are seeing.\n\nCuriosity to take something apart to understand it, and the discipline to write down what you learned.\n\nWillingness to work in an in-office setting.\n\nSupport a positive, inclusive, and customer-focused teamculture.\n\nThis position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.\nMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
