The team brings together a portfolio of operational workstreams, including Intake & Demand, Bowler Management, MBO Vendor Spend, Audit & Controls and a set of transformation programs, which together underpin how sales operations are planned, governed and delivered.\nRole Purpose\nThe Program Manager will provide the execution backbone for Frontier Sales Operations, integrating plans and dependencies across Intake & Demand, Bowler Management, MBO Vendor Spend, Audit & Controls and the broader program portfolio. The role translates portfolio decisions into disciplined execution, proactively manages risks and dependencies, drives accountability for commitments and provides a single, integrated view of program health. In doing so, it enables the Frontier Sales Ops leader to focus on strategic portfolio leadership, prioritization, investment and governance, while maintaining the execution rigor required to deliver FSO outcomes.\nResponsibilities\nIntegrated Program Execution\nOwn and maintain the integrated FSO program plan as the single source of truth for portfolio delivery.\n\nTranslate priorities and leadership decisions into clear milestones, deliverables, owners and actions.\n\nDrive the day-to-day operating cadence across the portfolio, including planning, review and reporting forums.\n\nEnsure commitments progress to plan, and intervene early when execution moves off track.\n\nCross-Workstream Management\nCoordinate execution across Intake & Demand, Bowler, Vendor Spend, Audit & Controls and individual transformation programs.\n\nIdentify and actively manage cross-program dependencies, ensuring hand-offs and interlocks are understood and owned.\n\nConnect individual program managers' plans into a single, integrated portfolio view.\n\nDrive alignment and closure where delivery requires multiple teams or stakeholders.\n\nRAID & Dependency Management\nOwn the portfolio-level process for risks, actions, issues, decisions and dependencies (RAID).\n\nEnsure material risks are identified early, with clear owners and mitigation plans.\n\nEscalate issues that require leadership intervention, with clear options and recommendations.\n\nTrack leadership decisions through to execution and closure.\n\nPerformance & Bowler Execution\nManage the inputs and execution rhythm that support the FSO Bowler.\n\nEnsure milestones, KPIs and commitments have clear ownership and up-to-date status.\n\nSurface performance gaps and drive corrective actions to closure.\n\nMaintain traceability between portfolio commitments, actions and delivered outcomes.\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering or a related field AND program or project management experience, OR equivalent experience.\n\nPreferred\nProgram management experience in business operations or sales operations.\n\nExperience running integrated portfolio plans and portfolio-level RAID processes.\n\nExperience managing KPIs and scorecards (bowlers), including the operating rhythm that keeps them current.\n\nExposure to vendor spend management, audit or internal controls.\n\nProject management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or an Agile qualification.\n\nProficiency with Power BI, Excel and Azure DevOps (ADO).\n\nStrong executive communication, distilling complex program status into clear, decision-ready summaries.\n\nKey Competencies and Behaviours\nDrives for results, holding self and others accountable for commitments and following through to closure.\n\nManages stakeholders effectively at all levels, building trusted relationships across teams and geographies.\n\nInfluences without authority, aligning multiple teams on shared priorities and decisions.\n\nApplies structured problem solving, using data to frame issues, weigh options and recommend action.\n\nEmbodies Microsoft's culture: a growth mindset, customer obsession and One Microsoft collaboration.\n\nProcess Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 80,000.00 - € 136,400.00 per year.
