You will accelerate partner-led growth across AI, Copilot and future frontier technologies while strengthening Microsoft's position as the partner's preferred strategic platform.\nThe successful candidate combines executive presence, commercial acumen, market and Microsoft specific knowledge of the AI stack, copilots (GHCP, M365 etc) and agentic landscape to build lasting advantage and deliver predictable growth through one of the world's largest technology partner ecosystems.\nResponsibilities\nCo-Own the Global Partner Business\nDefine and execute a multi-year growth strategy for a strategic global partner, with specific focus on AI and agentic workloads.\nDrive partner-led revenue, market expansion, profitability, and investment outcomes.\nTranslate strategic vision into measurable business impact across regions, customer segments, and solution areas.\nBuild Executive Partnerships\nDevelop trusted relationships with C-suite decision-makers and influential stakeholders relevant to the growth opportunities including AI and agentic workloads.\nInfluence long-term business strategy, investment priorities, and transformation initiatives.\nLead executive-to-executive engagement that strengthens mutual commitment and business value.\nAccelerate AI and Cloud Growth\nDrive growth across Microsoft's AI, Copilot (GHCP, M365 etc), Agentic portfolios. Expand the reach and relevance of the Microsoft AI platform, through meaningful engagements with partner(s).\nEnable partner(s) to create differentiated offerings, build new capabilities, and deliver customer transformation at scale.\nDrive Operational Excellence and Precision Execution\nCo-lead a global cross-functional team across sales, technical, marketing, and partner organizations.\nEnsure investments, incentives, readiness, and go-to-market motions translate into measurable business outcomes.\nCreate alignment across global, regional, and local teams to deliver one strategy and one growth agenda.\nShape the Future of the Ecosystem\nIdentify emerging market opportunities and industry trends.\nChampion innovation, co-creation, and new routes to market.\nInfluence partner business transformation and capability development.\nHelp define the next generation of partner-led growth in the era of AI.\nQualifications\nRequired/minimum qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or a related field AND 8+ years experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experienceOR equivalent experience.\n\nOther Requirements:\nThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $170,300 - $239,800 per year.\nCertain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
