Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\nResponsibilities\nHR Community Leadership:\nPartner closely with Recruiting and HR Business Partners to support hiring, onboarding, internal mobility, and workforce growth strategies that enable business scale and talent success.\n\nInfluence and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to shape and adapt company programs, policies, and initiatives to meet the evolving needs of the MAI organization while maintaining alignment with Microsoft priorities.\n\nEmployee Experience & Engagement:\nAct as an employee advocate by identifying themes, removing friction points, and improving experiences across the employee lifecycle in partnership with managers, leaders, HRBPs, and Recruiting.\n\nHelp ensure new employees are successfully onboarded, connected, and positioned for success in a rapidly scaling organization.\n\nHelp leaders navigate growth, change, and organizational complexity by providing proactive guidance, identifying emerging people trends, and escalating risks as appropriate.\n\nProjects, Programs, and Initiatives:\nLead and execute people initiatives that support organizational scaling, workforce growth, organizational changes, onboarding effectiveness, and talent movement.\n\nUse data, insights, and workforce trends to inform recommendations, identify risks, and support business and people-related decisions\n\nQuickly adapt priorities and approaches in response to changing business needs, organizational growth, and emerging opportunities\n\nOther:\nEmbody our culture and values\n\nQualifications\nRequired qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Legal, Business, Psychology, or related field AND demonstrable experience with HR or related experience (e.g., hiring, training, performance management) involving applicable employment laws and policies\n\nOR equivalent experience.\n\nDemonstrable experience supporting agile, high-growth organizations that utilize cross-functional teams, squad-based operating models, or rapid planning cycles. \nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Legal, Business, Psychology, or related field.\n\nDemonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and adapt quickly to evolving business needs.\n\nAbility to work from the London office three days per week.\nHR Generalist IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £ 70,300.00 - £ 133,900.00 per year.
