Join us to do meaningful work that changes the world and helps shape what’s next for everyone.\nResponsibilities\nInvestigate allegations of business misconduct and policy violations, including allegations relating to fraud and corruption.\nCollaborate with stakeholders and leverage tools, analysis, and technologies to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency when gathering facts.\nLead or participate in interviews with case parties and subject matter specialists.\nDocument activity and work performed in our case management tool.\nPrepare clear and concise reports that enable company attorneys/outside counsel to make findings.\nIdentify actionable insights that can be shared with stakeholders to improve processes, build business solutions, and mitigate risk.\nEmbody our culture and values\nQualifications\nRequired/minimum qualifications\nMaster's Degree in Business, Accounting, Criminal Justice, Law, International Relations, Global Intelligence, or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in compliance, cyber, finance, data analytics, investigations, computer forensics, threat intelligence, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Criminal Justice, Law, International Relations, Global Intelligence, or related field AND 2+ years experience in compliance, cyber, finance, data analytics, investigations, computer forensics, threat intelligence, or related field OR equivalent experience.\nAdditional or preferred qualifications\nMaster's Degree in Business, Accounting, Criminal Justice, Law, International Relations, Global Intelligence, or related field AND 3+ years experience in compliance, cyber, finance, data-analytics, investigations, computer forensics, threat intelligence, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Criminal Justice, Law, International Relations, Global Intelligence, or related field AND 5+ years experience in compliance, cyber, finance, data analytics, investigations, computer forensics, threat intelligence, or related field OR equivalent experience.\n2+ years of experience in Compliance, Finance, Data-Analytics, Investigations, or related field OR equivalent experience.\nRelevant professional certifications such as CPA, CFE, or similar.\nExperience conducting investigations in an organization providing audit, finance, legal, HR (human resources) or law enforcement services.\nExperience working with data analysis and e-discovery tools and applications.\nFamiliarity with channel distribution concepts and business processes.\nSpanish and/or Portuguese language capability.\nInvestigations IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $77,800 - $153,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $102,200 - $169,900 per year.\nCertain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
