Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\nResponsibilities\nInvestigate allegations of business misconduct and policy violations, including allegations relating to fraud and corruption.\nCollaborate with stakeholders and leverage tools, data analysis, and technology to gather facts effectively and efficiently.\nLead or participate in interviews with case parties and subject matter experts.\nPrioritize effectively, adapt to changing demands, leverage AI tools, and contribute to team and organizational goals.\nDocument activities and work performed in the case management tool.\nPrepare clear and concise reports that enable company attorneys and outside counsel to make informed findings.\nIdentify actionable insights that can be shared with stakeholders to improve processes, develop business solutions, and mitigate risk.\nRelevant professional certifications such as CA, CFE, or equivalent qualifications are preferred.\nExperience conducting investigations within organizations providing audit, finance, legal, HR, compliance, or law enforcement services.\nExperience working with data analysis, AI, and e-discovery tools and applications.\nFamiliarity with channel distribution concepts and related business processes.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications (RQs)\n4+ years experience in Compliance, Finance, Data-Analytics, Investigations, or related fieldOR equivalent experience\n\nStrong organizational, analytical, presentation, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently or with minimal guidance and complete cases/projects in a timely manner in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with changing priorities, while maintaining confidentiality.\nFluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote.\nAbility to work flexibly across multiple time zones and travel internationally, when required.\nPreferred Qualifications (PQs)\nBachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Criminal Justice, Law, International Relations or related field AND 8+ years experience in Compliance, Cyber Finance, Data-Analytics, Investigations, or related fieldOR equivalent experience\n\nRelevant professional certification such as CA, CFE, or similar.\nExperience conducting investigations in an organization providing audit, finance, legal, HR, or law enforcement services.\nExperience working with data analysis, AI, and e-discovery tools and applications.\nFamiliarity with channel distribution concepts and business processes.\nThis position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.\nMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
