In this role, you are a key technical advisor to the customer. Your main focus is proactive services such as education workshops, assessments and tailored guidance on the Big Data platform. You'll also work with Microsoft Support to speed up the resolution of critical incidents, so strong troubleshooting skills are essential. You'll help customers move toward secure, resilient and AI-enabled solutions, and you'll act as the voice of the customer inside Microsoft.
