This role serves as a trusted advisor to partner executives and business leaders, helping partners build differentiated Microsoft practices, accelerate AI and Cloud transformation, and deliver measurable customer outcomes.\nAs a growth leader, the PDM owns partner business planning, executive engagement, co-sell execution, partner capability development, and performance management. The role works closely with Microsoft sales, technical, and marketing teams to align partner investments and resources with customer opportunities across Azure, Security, Data & AI, Business Applications, Copilot, and Frontier AI solutions.\nThe good candidate combines business acumen, partner management expertise, consultative selling skills, and a deep understanding of the local market technology and services ecosystem.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and execute Partner Business Plans (PBP) with assigned ESI partners to drive AI & Cloud growth and transformation.\nDrive SI partners' revenue, pipeline, and co-sell outcomes across Azure, AIBS & Security and Copilot solutions.\nBuild trusted relationships with partner executives and align joint business priorities and investments.\nEnable partners to develop AI, Cloud, and industry solutions that deliver customer success and business value.\nAccelerate partner capabilities through skilling, solution designations, specializations, and marketplace initiatives.\nCollaborate with Microsoft sales, technical, and marketing teams to identify opportunities and scale customer impact.\nMonitor business performance, governance, and key success metrics to ensure execution excellence and predictable growth.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, consulting, AI & cloud solutions, or enterprise technology sales.\nGood understanding of the AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation market preferred.\nGood collaboration, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to drive influence and deliver results across cross-functional teams.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Cloud, AI, AIBS & Security, or enterprise technology solutions is a plus.\nFluent in English and Mandarin. \nThis position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.\nMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
