OverviewThe Partner Development Manager (PDM) is responsible for driving Microsoft’s growth and transformation agenda through ESI partners in China. This role serves as a trusted advisor to partner executives and business leaders, helping partners build differentiated Microsoft practices, accelerate AI and Cloud transformation, and deliver measurable customer outcomes. As a growth leader, the PDM owns partner business planning, executive engagement, co-sell execution, partner capability development, and performance management. The role works closely with Microsoft sales, technical, and marketing teams to align partner investments and resources with customer opportunities across Azure, Security, Data & AI, Business Applications, Copilot, and Frontier AI solutions. The good candidate combines business acumen, partner management expertise, consultative selling skills, and a deep understanding of the local market technology and services ecosystem.
