Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\nResponsibilities\nContribute to and take ownership of aspects of the Compliance Just Happens vision and roadmap.\nEmbed compliance into the engineering lifecycle.\nAutomate compliance using AI and agents, to reduce manual compliance work for engineers.\nUse product truth and code to determine compliance.\nTurn regulations into clear engineering requirements.\nAutomate evidence, assessments, and validation.\nScale common compliance capabilities across products and teams.\nMeasure and improve speed, effort, quality, and trust.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.OR equivalent experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in product management, engineering, computer science, or a related field.\nExperience leading complex technology products or platforms from strategy through delivery.\nExperience working closely with engineering teams to define requirements, priorities, and product roadmaps.\nSolid understanding of AI, automation, and agent-based experiences.\nExperience transforming manual processes into scalable, automated solutions.\nAbility to translate complex requirements into clear engineering solutions.\nExperience driving initiatives across multiple teams and organizations.\nSolid product strategy, problem-solving, and execution skills.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, rapidly evolving problem spaces.\n#W+DJOBS\nProduct Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.\nCertain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
