You will work closely with customers, partners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and deliver innovative solutions that help customers derive value from their data.\nResponsibilities\nLead analysis of customer feedback, market trends, competitive insights, and business opportunities to identify investments that create customer and business value.\nDefine product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data integration capabilities and experiences across Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data services.\nPartner with engineering, design, research, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-first product innovations that are secure, accessible, and customer-focused.\nDrive feature prioritization, product development, and execution while balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.\nEstablish and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success and identify areas for continuous improvement.\nBuild strong relationships with customers, partners, and the broader community to gather insights and influence product direction.\nPartner with marketing and engineering teams to support product launches, customer adoption, and go-to-market strategies.\nQualifications\nRequired/minimum qualificationsBachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.\n\nAdditional or preferred qualifications\nBachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.\n4+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).\n6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).\n6+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).\nOther Requirements\nThis role requires the ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
