These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:\nThis position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n6+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).\n8+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).\n8+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).\nExperience driving organizational effectiveness, operating mechanisms, or execution excellence initiatives across multiple teams.\nExperience identifying and scaling AI-powered workflows, tools, or best practices that improve productivity, decision quality, or execution outcomes.\nExperience using telemetry, customer insights, and business metrics to inform prioritization and continuous improvement efforts.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms, enterprise software, data platforms, or AI-enabled product experiences.\nDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across Product Management, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and business teams without direct authority.\nExperience coaching peers, sharing best practices, and helping organizations adopt consistent product management disciplines.\n#azdat #azuredata#MicrosoftSQL #AzureSQL #Databases\nProduct Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $165,600 - $296,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $220,800 - $331,200 per year.\nCertain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
