We are looking for an engineer with a dedicated passion for customer focused solutions, insight and industry knowledge to envision and implement future technical solutions that will manage and optimize the Cloud infrastructure.\nWe are looking for a Principal SoC Circuit Architect to join the team.\nResponsibilities\nSoc level definition of High-speed IO PHYs like Ethernet, HBM4/4E/5, D2D\nParticipation and quality supervision of Signal and Power Integrity\nDefine and quality control of end-to-end Power delivery solutions\nSoc level REFCLK and digital clocking definition and clock methodology and quality simulations\nParticipating in SoC technology definitions partnering with package and System design teams\nParticipate in SoC level Memory definition and partner with custom memory development team in defining new memory related IPs\nQualifications\nRequired/minimum qualifications\nDoctorate in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience OR Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience OR equivalent experience.\nOther Requirements:\nAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees may verify status using other documents, where applicable. \n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n15+ years of experience in Soc level Circuit architecture and design with MSEE or\n12+ years of experience in the same with PhD in Electrical Engineering\nExperience in PLL and Clocking solutions of AI SoC’s\nExperience in High Speed IO PHY design and Signal Integrity\nFamiliarity with Package/substrate design issues on signals and Power delivery\nFamiliarity with PCB design especially related to power delivery of AI SoC’s\nSilicon Engineering IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.\nCertain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
