You will collaborate with a team of experts in AI, machine learning, and software development to create innovative solutions that enhance user interaction and engagement.\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities\nDrive omni model development with SOTA ASR and TTS\n Develop SOTA talking avatar models for zero shot and fine tune scenario\n Familiar with latest GenAI modelling technique like diffusion and language modelling\n Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into various applications and platforms. \n Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously improve our models. \n Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy. \n Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the overall improvement of our development processes. \nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 7+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python\nExperience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., PyTorch). \nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques. \nFamiliarity with generative models, such as GANs, VAEs, diffusion, flow matching or autoregressive models.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.\nStrong communication and teamwork abilities.\nThis position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.\nMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
