# Principal Technical Program Manager

OverviewMicrosoft AI Monetization is helping developers and organizations build the next generation of AI experiences with fresh, relevant information from the web. Web IQ provides AI-native APIs that enable applications and agents to discover, retrieve, and use web intelligence. Making these capabilities easy to discover, evaluate, integrate, and operate is critical to customer adoption. We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive end-to-end execution of the Web IQ developer experience and customer platform programs in partnership with the AI Search Platform (AISP) engineering team. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, Azure, customer experience, and business stakeholders, turning priorities into a coherent backlog, actionable delivery plans, and predictable outcomes. You will be an execution leader across organizational boundaries: aligning stakeholders on scope and sequencing, driving technical dependencies to closure, anticipating risks, and providing transparent status. The ideal candidate combines solid technical judgment with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity, influence without authority, and improve the experience
