Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\nResponsibilities\nAs part of PowerPoint TPM leadership, prioritize programs and foster excellence within the TPM discipline.\n\nPartner closely with PowerPoint Product and Engineering teams to plan, coordinate, and execute on product outcomes.\n\nAcross programs, define success, establish schedules and milestones, align stakeholders, communicate status and ensure shared awareness of critical details and action items.\n\nDevelop systems and playbooks, tooling and processes, risk mitigations, and continually evolve and improve our approach to tackling complex problems.\n\nUse AI to automate and accelerate programs and derive insights that become action to propel the team forward.\n\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience. \n\n3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. \nOther Requirements:\nAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
