This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.\nResponsibilities\nUse data, customer insights and partnership across PM, engineering, data science, user research and design disciplines to develop and deliver product improvements with hypothesis for growth, discovery and satisfaction in the Copilot app (Windows/Mac).\nDevelop deep understanding of the business, our customers, and the competitive landscape through market and customer research.\nPartner across engineering teams, design, marketing, and business execute on the roadmap - focus on rapid iteration, learning and improvement.\nDefine clear metrics and projected impact for all investments using a product and customer led growth approach.\nFoster an environment that encourages diversity of thought and an inclusive team culture in a geographically distributed and hybrid work environment.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.OR equivalent experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n3+ years of Product/Program Management experience on end-user facing products.\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, related field or equivalent industry experience.\nExperience and expertise with data to address business needs, apply analytical and inferential techniques to answer questions and produce product recommendations in partnership across disciplines preferred.\nProven ability to develop product roadmaps to deliver customer and business value across products and services.\nExperience working with data or AI-powered products to deliver greater user value.\nTrack record of successful design, delivery, and iteration on complex projects with a diverse set of stakeholders.\nExperience with customer-centric and data-driven insights creation, strategy definition, and experimentation.\nCustomer empathy with experience in user-centered design; demonstrated success.\nThis position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.\nMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
