As a Quantum Process Integration Engineer you will support the identification of factors that drive fabrication and measurement parameters. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\nResponsibilities\nAnalyze characterization datausing classical and AI-enabled methods to identify trends, anomalies, and factors affecting device performance.\n\nCollaborate with electrical characterization teamsto investigate device failures and develop an understanding of the underlying physical mechanisms.\n\nWork with structural characterization teamsto perform physical failure analysis.\n\nContribute to root-cause analysisof quality and yield excursions and help identify potential process improvements.\n\nPlan and execute experimentsto improve process performance, yield, quality, and robustness.\n\nContribute to the development and qualificationof new processes for future generations of qubit devices.\n\nEmbody our culture and values\n\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nMaster's Degree in Physics, Engineering, or related field.\n\nOR Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Engineering, or related field AND experience in industry.\n\nOR equivalent experience.\n\nHands on experience in semiconductor device fabrication\n\nGood foundation in semiconductor physics\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nQualification in Lean, 6sigma and similar methodologies\n\nExperience in using AI for failure analysis, experiment design and analysis\n\nSpecific III/V-semiconductor fabrication\n\nPrevious experience in the semiconductor industry\n\nExperience in statistical data analysis \nAdditional Requirements:\nAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
