Join us to do meaningful work that changes the world and helps shape what’s next for everyone.\nResponsibilities\nOwn and execute the Microsoft Security Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Saudi Arabia, aligning local priorities with regional and global business objectives.\nDrive security pipeline growth and business performance across key solution areas, including Microsoft 365 E5 Security, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview, and AI-powered security offerings.\nPartner with Sales, Customer Success, Solution Specialists, Marketing, and Partner teams to accelerate customer acquisition, deal velocity, and security solution adoption.\nDevelop and execute integrated demand-generation, customer engagement, and field activation programs that strengthen Microsoft's market position and increase share.\nMonitor business performance, identify growth opportunities and risks, and drive cross-functional actions to improve execution and business outcomes.\nTranslate customer, market, and competitive insights into actionable strategies, sales plays, and go-to-market initiatives that support revenue growth and differentiation.\nSupport strategic customer and partner engagements, executive events, and business review rhythms while maintaining operational excellence and visibility into key business trends, blockers, and escalation areas.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.\nExperience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales Strategy, Product Marketing, Security, Cloud, or Enterprise Software environments.\nUnderstanding of cybersecurity trends, market dynamics, and enterprise technology buying motions.\nExperience influencing and collaborating across complex, cross-functional organisations.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.\nExperience working with enterprise and public sector customers in Saudi Arabia.Preferred Qualifications\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft's Security portfolio, including Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft 365 E5 Security.\n\nThis position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.\nMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
