Join us to do meaningful work that changes the world and helps shape what’s next for everyone.\nResponsibilities\nPrepares month-end close deliverables, such as journal entries, reports, disclosures, etc. related to datacenter fixed asset and operations accounting to ensure compliance with accounting policies and guidelines. Drives resolution of business partner/stakeholders' inquiries, accounting deviations, and data anomalies.\nPerforms gap analysis and helps implement financial controls in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.\nAdvise on new business arrangements and contracts to ensure alignment with accounting standards and guidelines.\nContributes to process-improvement efforts. Identifies, evaluates, and leverages technology that could automate or speed up internal processes.\nCollaborate with global stakeholders to meet regulatory, statutory, audit and compliance requirements.\nPartner with Finance and Operations to drive insight and clarity on accounting guidance to help inform business decisions and financial planning (forecast, targets, long range planning).\nEmbody our culture and values\nQualifications\nRequired/Minimum Qualifications\nMaster's Degree in Business, Accounting /Finance, or related field AND 3+ years accounting or finance experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting /Finance, or related field AND 4+ years accounting or finance experience OR equivalent experience.\nAdditional or Preferred Qualifications\nMaster's Degree in Business, Accounting /Finance, or related field AND 6+ years accounting or finance experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting /Finance, or related field AND 8+ years accounting or finance experience OR equivalent experience.\nProfessional accounting certification such as CPA or equivalent.\nPrevious controllership experience in large multinational companies transacting in multiple currencies.\nAdvanced skills in applications, such as Excel and Power BI.\nLarge scale ERP experience e.g., SAP.\nSolid cross group collaboration, interpersonal skills, and passion to drive execution and results across multiple teams and business partners.\nDemonstrated ability and willingness to dive into details and get things done.\nComfortable dealing with ambiguity.\nAbility to deeply understand and anticipate issues, as well as prioritize and define a course of action in evolving areas.\nAccounting IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.\nCertain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
