Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\nResponsibilities\nRhythm of Business Leadership\nLead and manage the end-to-end Rhythm of Business (RoB) calendar, including monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.\nCoordinate performance review meetings, ensuring alignment across business leaders, finance partners, and operational stakeholders.\nDevelop executive-level business performance summaries, dashboards, and presentations.\nTrack business commitments, action items, risks, and opportunities arising from review discussions.\nP&L Performance Management\nProvide insights into business drivers, trends, variances, and key financial metrics.\nConsolidate risks and opportunities against budget, forecast, and strategic targets.\nSupport scenario planning and decision-making through financial modeling and business analysis.\nFinance Partnership & Coordination\nPartner with Asia P&L team and Core Finance teams to serve as the intermediary between the two teams\nCoordinate financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reviews.\nDrive alignment on financial assumptions, reporting requirements, and performance metrics.\nEnsure consistency and accuracy of financial information communicated across stakeholders.\nStrategic Business Insights\nTranslate complex financial reporting requirements into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for Asia P&L team.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to improve operational and financial performance.\nGovernance & Operational Excellence\nEnsure adherence to financial governance standards and compliance requirements.\nDrive process improvements in reporting, forecasting, and business review activities.\nEstablish best practices for reporting automation and performance tracking.\nSupport organizational planning initiatives and strategic projects.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications;\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related fieldOR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience\n\n3+ years work experience in matrix-based organization.\nPreferred Qualifications;\nMaster’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 7+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.\n3+ years experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.\n3+ years work experience in the technology or software industry.\nThis position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.\nMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
