Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\n#CSCP #CSCPJobs\nResponsibilities\nConduct analysis, synthesize findings, develop recommendations to drive supply chain strategies. \nTopics ranging from industry intelligence and benchmarking, mid to long-term operations/supply chain optimization, to firefighting and resolving short-term supply chain and sourcing challenges. \nLead cross-functional teams to drive implementation of strategic projects: from defining plan, monitoring progress, tracking KPI to delivering results and institutionalizing. \nPartner with Supply Chain, Sourcing and Engineering teams to ensure supply chain resiliency is built-in at product launch, with diversified supply base and geography. \nLead communications with exec and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, ensure execution and report progress. \nEngage with cross-functional teams on supply chain and sourcing related initiatives, e.g., sustainability, government policy. \nServe as trusted advisor and support other Supply Chain and Sourcing teams on fact-based analysis and communication material development.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nMaster's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 3+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience \nOR equivalent experience.\n\nOther Requirements:\nAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience in high-tech supply chain or sourcing. \n2+ years of experience in management consulting, supply chain strategy, or corporate strategy. \nExperience in leading strategy projects involving cross-functional teams. MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain is a plus. \nExperience in owning exec-level communications.\nDemonstrated capability in driving analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. \nPassionate not only in defining strategic agenda, but also in driving execution and delivering results. \nAbility to influence and build lasting relationships.\nBusiness Strategy IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.\nCertain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
