You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, evaluate product investments, measure customer impact, and influence strategic decisions.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nPartnering with Product, Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders to identify key business questions and translate them into measurable outcomes.\nDefining and operationalizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for customer-facing experiences.\nDesigning and analyzing experiments, causal inference studies, and observational analyses to evaluate product investments and business outcomes.\nDeveloping analytical frameworks that help teams understand customer behavior, product health, engagement trends, and growth opportunities.\nIdentifying actionable insights and translating them into recommendations that influence product strategy and prioritization.\nMeasuring the impact of product launches, feature investments, and strategic initiatives.\nCommunicating analytical findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.\nContributing to best practices in experimentation, measurement, statistical rigor, and decision science across the organization.\nMentoring peers, participating in technical reviews, and helping raise the quality bar for data science across the team.\nAI Evaluation & Modern Analytics\nHelp design evaluation methodologies and success metrics for AI-powered and intelligent product experiences.\nApply statistical and experimental methods to assess the impact, quality, reliability, and customer value of AI-enabled capabilities.\nLeverage modern AI-assisted analytical tools responsibly while maintaining high standards of scientific rigor and analytical excellence.\nQualifications\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.\n8+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Applied Statistics, or a related field.\nExperience applying statistical inference, predictive modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis to solve business and product challenges.\nDeep experience in experimentation, A/B testing, causal inference, and statistical analysis.\nExperience designing and operationalizing product, customer, or business success metrics.\nExperience working with large-scale data platforms such as Spark, Hadoop, Cosmos, or similar technologies.\nSolid programming skills in Python, SQL, C#, Java, or similar languages.\nDemonstrated ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights and recommendations.\nExceptional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to thrive in highly ambiguous environments and drive clarity and action.\nPassion for mentoring others and continuously learning emerging analytical and AI-related techniques.\nExperience supporting large-scale consumer products or services.\nExperience with product analytics, customer measurement, engagement analysis, growth, retention, or monetization scenarios.\nFamiliarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI evaluation methodologies.\nExperience building executive-facing narratives and communicating complex analytical findings in a simple, actionable manner.\nIf this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
